Wreckfest Introduces The Rusty Rats Car Pack
How many more cars can Bugbear Entertainment cram into Wreckfest? Will the Rusty Rats Car Pack be the tipping point that makes your console’s hard drive explode?
These cars are designed for the rough, punishing tracks of Wreckfest, where just winning isn’t enough — any vehicular combat is legal, so your opponents WILL try to run you off the road. It’s better to hit ’em first before they hit you!
- Raiden RS: This rear engine 80s coupe is hard to beat on twisty tracks, and being so short also makes it hard to hit!
- RebelRat: Finally, some strong American muscle, offering an excellent balance of agility and toughness.
- Vandal: As streamlined as a rock, but just as tough. This van is a great choice for any events involving a lot of damage.
If you have the Season Pass, you get the Rusty Rats Car Pack automatically, as it’s one of the multiple planned content updates that will be issued out for Wreckfest (this is the sixth, if you’re counting). But you can get it separately, if you wish, for just $3.99.
When all is said and done the DLC content will add 20 cars, 20 special roof decorations and additional car customizations like armor and rims (the recent Steel & Wheels pack is an example of this). Believe it or not, we still haven’t seen everything.
Wreckfest is now available on Playstation 4, XBox One and PC.
