Take-Two Trademarks ‘City Stories’

Recently Take-Two, the parent company of Rockstar Games, filed for the trademark on the words ‘City Stories.” Does this mean new games like Vice City Stories or Liberty City Stories?

Take-Two listed potential uses for the trademark including “Computer and video game programs and software” and “downloadable computer and video game programs and software” and listed its Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories as related properties.

What  Take-Two and Rockstar plan to do with the mark is anyone’s guess. Maybe nothing, and they are just securing the broader trademark to go along with the Vice City Stories and Liberty City Stories trademarks they already own.

But hopefully there will be an exciting project attached to it. Maybe San Andreas Stories? Or something related to GTA V.
