See GTA V From the (First-Person) Eyes of a Killer

Los Santos looks amazingly real and detailed, but you’re always kind of removed from the action by having your view behind the character. This video uploaded by XBL Toothpik shows you what it would be like to see thing through Franklin’s eyes. The results are impressive.

Unfortunately, because this on console, the steps to get this mod to work are complicated. Fortunately, GTA V is coming to the PC in the fall, and we can expect a similar mod to be released very quickly for that platform.

Here’s another video that shows driving, flying, and the like in first person. It becomes abundantly clear from the low-quality interior assets of the vehicles that Rockstar never intended for this to happen, but it’s still a fun effect.
