Overpass: The Gameplay Spotlight Trailer

What awaits in Overpass, the upcoming offroad racer from publisher Bigben Interactive and developer Zordix? What can we learn from the new Gameplay Spotlight Trailer?

Yet another video was recently released by the Zordix dev team for Overpass…this one is all about the two types of track in the game: Obstacle Courses and Hillclimbs. Both require careful driving and strategic use of the throttle and differential lock, but in different ways. Obstacle Courses are pre-planned routes that take longer to complete…the type of terrain, the model you’re driving and your own driving style will all factor in to your performance. In Hillclimbs, the distance to the finish is shorter, but they don’t hold your hand…you’ve got to plot your own path up the hill! Watch the terrain carefully for objects that could hinder your progress.

In this off-road simulation, challenge yourself on extreme tracks at the controls of buggies and quads from major manufacturers. In a variety of local and online game modes, master the terrain physics, overcome obstacles and cope with damage to your vehicle to triumph in this demanding off-road challenge.

Overpass will be released on February 27 for PC. The console versions of the game (Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch, XBox One) have slipped a couple weeks, and will now be released on March 17.
