Mercedes AMG Vision Gran Turismo In Cahoots With Justice League

Mercedes-Benz has placed their Gran Turismo Vision vehicle in the upcoming “Justice League” movie that features superheroes Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash.

The Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision Gran Turismo, which first appeared in “Gran Turismo 6”, appears in the movie along with a new E-class Cabriolet and G-Class 4x4x2.

Although the Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision Gran Turismo has been around for four years, the movie version of the car has been modified to have an interior with illuminated elements, racing seats and a virtual dashboard. Filming of the movie required the Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision Gran Turismo to be enlarged by 10% to accommodate the 6-3½ Ben Affleck [who plays Bruce Wayne/Batman] while maintaining its low roofline.

“Justice League” will open in theaters on November 17, 2017.

In addition to their appearance in the movie, the cars will also make appearances in a series of digital comic stories that have been created in collaboration with DC Comic’s Custom Creative Studio and will be released exclusively on Mercedes-Benz’ Instagram channels on October 20, 2017.

Finally, an additional “Making of” video provides a behind-the-scenes look at the film shoot, highlighting the main Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
