GTA Creators Face Lawsuits From Fictional Characters’ Alter-Egos

 

Antonia Bottino and the hot bikini babe are suing RockStar Games, the creators of the “Grand Theft Auto” video game series for using their likeness without their permission. Well, actually, Karen Gravano and Lindsay Lohan are, technically, doing the suing. Gravano and Lohan both accuse RockStar of basing characters and images of them in the GTA game. Gravano is the real life daughter of mafia mob figure Salvatore “Sammy The Bull” Gravano. Lohan is suing RockStar for appearing to use a bikini-clad likeness of her image for promotional materials associated with the game.

 

The lawsuit brought by Gravano seeks $20 million in compensation and another $20 million in “punitive damages”.
