Grand Theft Auto Creators Among Wealthiest in Britain
A recent list of the 1,000 wealthiest people in Britain saw two Grand Theft Auto creators crack the list. It just proves that even if crime doesn’t pay, making games about it does.
Rockstar games co-founders Dan and Sam Houser just made it at 947 overall on the Sunday Times list of the 1,000 wealthiest people in Britain, with a combined fortune estimated at £90 million ($151 million US).
That’s way less the Candy Crush creator King investor Mel Morris, who has an estimated £407 million ($684 million), and sits at no. 238. But the Rockstar guys just make games that include digital people selling drugs, they don’t make digital drugs themselves like King does.
